I'm a Design Manager based in Barcelona, currently leading the Real Estate Monetization design team at OLX and driving the unit's transition to agentic ways of working across a 13-person design org.
Over the last fifteen years I've moved from visual and brand design into product design, and from product design into design leadership. The through-line has been the same the whole way: heavier commercial complexity, larger surface areas, deeper team responsibility.
At eDreams ODIGEO I led a 10-person team through one of the unit's strongest commercial chapters in years — a multi-initiative monetization program that surpassed company KPI targets. Before that, IC product work at Wallapop and eDreams on subscription, retention, and personalization. Earlier still, brand and digital work at IBM iX and several agencies — Mercedes-Benz, PepsiCo, Repsol, Ballantine's — which taught me how to ship under pressure and how to defend a creative decision in a room full of people who weren't designers.
What I gravitate toward now is commercially complex product organizations — marketplaces, monetization, retention, subscription — where design quality, team development, business impact, and AI capability all have to compound at the same time. I treat AI as infrastructure, not a side interest: at OLX I'm leading the design org's transition to agentic ways of working — skill packs, capability models, prototyping arenas, governance. The operating layer under the practice, not features bolted onto it.
